Facebook Timeline arrives very slowly?

Facebook is clearly in no hurry to provide all users with the long-announced Timeline feature, despite Mark Zuckerberg's announcements in September 2011.

This popular social network started distributing Timeline last month, but even now Timeline is not available to all users who currently have 800 million. Instead, Facebook seems to be closely monitoring the reactions of those users who proactively use and click on the "Get Timeline" option, the opinion is on the one hand, while others believe that it has nothing to do with it, but that Facebook simply approached it very slowly.
