A variable is a character, letter, word, or set of words associated with a character that has a value. In terms of programming, a variable can have a number value, a text value, and true and false values. Let's say the variable x is the name of the variable, while its value can be the number five. Now you must understand how each variable must be associated with some type of data. What are data types?
