I have heard critics and taken seriously concerns about proposed laws to address online piracy.

He adds, “It is clear that we need to re-approach the way to solve this problem of thieves who steal and sell American inventions and products.”
Recently, SOPA and PIPA lost the support of eight members of Congress after major protests by the Internet community.
