But you can't attach the Recycle Bin like that, you have to make a shortcut. How?

  1. Right-click somewhere on the desktop and select "New > Shortcut".
  2. A new window will now appear where you need to copy the following text: explorer.exe shell:RecycleBinFolder
  3. Click "Next". Now enter the name of the shortcut, e.g. "Recycle Bin", and click "Finish"

A new shortcut will appear on the Desktop, you need to change the icon.

  1. Right-click on it and then on "Properties".
  2. Click the "Shortcut" tab and then the "Change icon".
  3. A new window will open. Copy the following text at the top: %SystemRoot%\system32\imageres.dll 
  4. A set of icons will appear below, scroll a little and you will see a trash can icon.
  5. Select it and click "Ok", then close the first window.

One more step remains - Attach the icon to the ribbon.
