HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) is a combination of Hypertext Transfer Protocol with SSL / TSL protocol to provide encryption and secure server identification. It uses port 443. The HTTPS connection is often used for money transactions over the Internet and for the transmission of sensitive information.
Recently, Facebook also introduced HTTPS. Until now, this method of protection was enabled only when logging in to the user account. And now it is possible to move only through Facebook. I'll show you how to simply activate this.
Log in to your account, then click "Account" at the top right and select "Account Setup". When a new settings page opens, select "Account Security" ( as shown ). It's already activated for me, but if you don't, you'll have an empty field to uncheck. Check this box and click "Save" below. That would be it.
If you want an even more secure account, do the following:
Open the account security setting again, and below the field for HTTPS, you also have something else to tick, Unhook it all (you have it in the previous picture). The next time you log in to your account, you will need to enter, after the password and email, the Code that arrives as a text message on your phone.
If you have not activated this type of service with text messages, I will make a tutorial for that soon.
