And since we are not dealing with medicine here, I will present you with a program that can reduce this problem. Its name is F.lux - A simple name for a simple program.

f.lux will help you fall asleep easier, your eyes will not burn, your eyesight will be blurred, you will not have redness on your whites, and most importantly, you will not start wearing glasses too soon.

How does he work

- Adjusts the brightness of the screen according to the position of the Sun. If the sun has set, your screen will be darker. The more the sun sets, the darker and darker the screen will become, up to a certain brightness, ie. heat.

You can adjust it to reduce the artificial blue color, you can also adjust it to completely eliminate the artificial blue color of the monitor during the night. You can even set your monitor to look like a photo development room (red light).

- When you start the program, you will be greeted by a simple menu where you can set your location. You must enter the coordinates of your city, which you can find by clicking on the "locate" button next to the text field.
