Misunderstanding about G+ invitations

Alleged mismanagement of Google+ call links that prevent them from appearing on Facebook users' news feeds has resulted in two companies firing.

Recently, a video was posted on YouTube by a Google employee describing an unusual behavior in which Google+ invitation links shared with Facebook friends are not displayed in other users' news feeds, although show users that they were posted when they were posted.

The video was released by Vic Gundotra, one of Google's vice presidents, after a large number of user complaints.
