Here's what a VPN can't protect you from (but you need to use it)

The abbreviation " VPN " has slowly become established among average Internet users, which is certainly good, but the problem is that people have started to see VPN as the ultimate solution to all problems.

How to speed up folder opening [Win7]

How to speed up folder opening [Win7]

I had a problem with the slow loading of folders on Win7, until recently. When I opened the folder, I waited for a while to read all the items from it. That green progress, at least upstairs, was filled with incredible slowness, which annoyed me.

I searched a bit on the net, I concluded something myself and came up with a simple and effective solution. You will not need any program or complicated settings for this, everything is easy.

We all know, and maybe not, that Windows7 optimizes each folder for something special, for example, One folder only for images, another only for video clips, the third for music… When a folder is set for images, when you open it windows will scan the entire folder (which can take a long time if you have multiple items) to find all the images. And that's where the problem arises, you don't have any images in the folder and it loads as if you have a bunch of them.

We will change this now.

1) First open that "problematic" folder. Find the "Organize" option at the top left and select "Properties" from the drop-down menu.

(Click on the image to enlarge)

If it loads very slowly for you and you don't want to open it, just find the path to it (where it is) and right-click and select "Properties".

2) In the new window, select the "Customize" tab. Under the name "Optimize this folder for" it will write "Pictures" (or something else), you click on it and select "General items".

Conclusion: Windows will now not optimize the folder for a particular file type, and will not scan it during the opening.

To click on the post or not?

Recently, Facebook has been flooded with " click bait " posts, and sometimes you don't know if there is something really useful behind that post or if it's just collecting clicks. There is a plugin that can partially reveal this to you. Nothing special, it's a Chrome extension called " Photo Zoom ". What does he actually do? Enlarges the image you hover over by loading the source address of the image . How can it help? Clickbait posts often "trick" users into clicking with an image (in addition to terrible headlines). They place those pictures so that only a part of them is visible on the Facebook wall and just enough to interest your potential. If you want to see the whole thing, you have to click on the link, which is their goal.

How to make a "3 steps" page

Many ask me "How do I put 3 steps on a Facebook page?" So I decided to make a short guide for that. If someone doesn't know what " 3 steps " are: These are the pages where you have to like first, share the page, and finally see the link . Now you can do it too, very easily!
