After the introduction of the latest operating system from Apple, the first complaints from users appeared.

One of the users who filed a complaint states that Apple OS X Lion completely stopped his Macbook Pro and made it unusable.

He claims that the problems started by freezing the entire computer, but that with each subsequent start, the problems changed. Thus, at one point the computer was completely unusable, at the next it was possible to adjust the brightness and volume, but it was not possible to enter a username and password that would allow work on the computer.
