You have probably heard these days that the hacker group "Anonymous" will crash Facebook on November 5, 2011, maybe it will, maybe it won't. If you want to save all your pictures and videos, etc. you can do it in a few steps.

When you log in to your Facebook account, click on the "Account" button in the upper right corner. In the drop-down menu, select the "Account settings" option. You will now see a page like this:

As you can see in the picture, I circled the link "Download a copy of your Facebook data". By clicking on this link, a new page will open where you need to enter your password (password) from the account and you can download the entire profile.

Everything will be packed in a .zip archive, and the size depends on how many pictures and video clips you have.

Eg on my profile I have more than 1000 pictures and about 30 clips, it all takes 146Mb.

It should be noted that you will not be able to download images and videos on which you are tagged.
