Google has added tags that verify the identity of the users of their Google+ social service, and this feature will first become available to public figures as well as those added to the contact list by a large number of people.

Later, these tags will be available to some users who are neither so well known nor popular on this site, according to one of Google's officials, Wen-Ai Yu. For now, the company's main goal is to inform users about the official profile of a singer, actor, politician, public figure, or popular Google+ member they would like to add to their Google+ Circles with the desire to follow their public posts.
