Register your SMS nickname [Telenor]

Want to send an anonymous message? Telenor offers the option - Register your SMS nickname. You simply register the desired nickname that will be displayed in the recipient's message and send the message to any number.

Telenor offers this service completely free of charge for all its users, and you can activate it by sending an SMS message to the number 9777 with the content: n xxxxxxxx (where xxxxxxxx is your nickname). So, if you want to register the nickname Petar Pan, the message you send to 9777 would finally look like this: n Petar_Pan

It is important to note that you can only use upper and lower case letters, numbers, and an underscore (_) in the nickname. Letters with cusps (č,ć,š,đ,ž) are not allowed. Also, you may not link 3 of the same characters consecutively.

If you have a registered nickname, you send the message as follows: enter 9777 in the recipient's number field, and 06xxxxxxx some text in the text field.

The recipient will see the message as coming from Petar Pan, with the text: some text SMS nickname. Yes, the text "SMS Nickname" will be printed at the end of each message.

The price of one message is 3.54 RSD. If you have free messages (to the Telenor unit, etc.), they are not valid here.
