Checker Plus supports working with multiple Gmail accounts and you can read messages, delete them, and add tags... directly in the plugin itself, you don't need to open Gmail.

Perhaps the most significant advantage of this plugin, compared to its competitors, is that you don't have to type your email and password into the plugin itself, but it will recognize all the accounts you are logged into. A great option if you don't trust plugins and don't want to leave your data.

The add-on is also full of options, so you can change the icon's color, the sound signal of a new message, select the folder you want the add-on to follow, etc.
