You probably know that Pro (full) versions of some applications are paid to help the creators of those applications monetize their effort, time, and knowledge. However, did you know that you can download some of these applications completely free and legally?
In one of the previous articles, I wrote about how to download PC games that are normally paid for free and legally, and now I am writing about how to find and install such mobile applications.
Thanks to some other applications, you can install applications that are otherwise paid for free. Maybe there are more, but I found two that I will present here.
1. Amazon Underground
This is a project launched by Amazon that offers app creators the to make money in a slightly different way. Namely, the creators of applications, who want to participate in that project, are obliged to offer some of their applications for free on Amazon Underground, provided that the application is already on the Play or App store and is paid, or at least has an in-app payment.
Now, since downloading their application is free, then they have another type of income that Amazon provides. Earnings work by giving the app creator $ 0.002 for every minute a user spends in the app. So, 0.002x60x10.000 = $ 1,200 an author can earn in an hour if his application is used by 10,000 users.
How to install Amazon Underground:
- Visit this link on your mobile phone
- Download the .apk file and install it according to this guide
- Launch the app and start downloading!
2. AppSales
The Play Store has introduced one very interesting option - apps on sale. So, the creator of the application can lower the price of his application for a certain period, but also offer it completely free of charge! It would be difficult to keep track of which apps are currently free, so there is an app.
How to use this application:
- Install it from the Play Store - link
- Launch and go right to the Now free panel
That's it! On this screen, you can find applications that are normally paid but are currently free. Tap one and more information will open, including a link to the Play Store.
