Samsung has officially unveiled the Galaxy Alpha

Samsung has officially introduced the Galaxy Alpha, their first phone with a metal case! The Galaxy Alpha will be available in black, bright white, matte gold, elegant silver, and Scuba blue.

As expected, the Galaxy Alpha will have a 4.7 ″ 1280 × 720 Super AMOLED screen, Exynos octa-core processor (Quad 1.8GHz + Quad 1.3GHz) with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory, LTE-A support, 1860mAh battery, fingerprint sensor, 12-megapixel rear camera, 2.1-megapixel front camera. Camera modes include HDR, Panorama, Selective Focus, Dual Camera (shooting with 2 cameras at the same time), Beauty Face, Virtual Tours, etc.

The Galaxy Alpha will be sold first in Russia, pre-orders will be on August 15, and delivery will start on September 12.
