Facebook was unavailable due to technical problems

Facebook users across Europe could not access their accounts on the world's largest social network this morning.

Some immediately thought that members of the group "Anonymous" brought down Facebook because of yesterday's arrest of the leader of the hacker group LulzSec. This suspicion was removed immediately after "Anonymous" posted on their Twitter account, claiming that they did not crash Facebook.

Namely, Facebook was not available throughout Europe this morning, as well as in Africa and Asia, so it would start working again after 3 hours.

They explain on Facebook that there were technical problems that led to the interruption of the work of that social network.

Today we had technical problems due to which Facebook was inaccessible to many users. The problem has been solved and now everyone could go to their profiles without any problems. We apologize,

- reads a short statement from Facebook.

It was confirmed that Facebook could not be accessed by users from:

Germany, France, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, the Netherlands, Russia, Spain, Great Britain, Albania, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Israel, Macedonia, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, and Serbia.

However, some of the users could access this social network, so the first conclusion would be that the access depended on the Internet provider.

The difference between Sleep, Hibernate and Hybrid sleep options

What is the difference between regular Sleep mode and Hybrid sleep mode? And what is Hibernate ? I will try to explain in the simplest way possible so that everyone understands nicely. 1. Sleep When you select Sleep mode , all components of the computer except RAM are shut down to store data. So, if you do something on the computer and press Sleep, the computer shuts down and everything you did (left open windows, documents, etc.) is stored in RAM.

To click on the post or not?

Recently, Facebook has been flooded with " click bait " posts, and sometimes you don't know if there is something really useful behind that post or if it's just collecting clicks. There is a plugin that can partially reveal this to you. Nothing special, it's a Chrome extension called " Photo Zoom ". What does he actually do? Enlarges the image you hover over by loading the source address of the image . How can it help? Clickbait posts often "trick" users into clicking with an image (in addition to terrible headlines). They place those pictures so that only a part of them is visible on the Facebook wall and just enough to interest your potential. If you want to see the whole thing, you have to click on the link, which is their goal.
