Xiaomi Introduces Xiaomi Mi 11 - Latest Flagship Phone

Global technology leader Xiaomi yesterday unveiled the Mi 11, the latest flagship of the Mi series of smartphones, but also the top-of-the-line QLED TV and Mi Electric Scooter Pro 2.

The Mi 11 is truly a premium device, confirming its debut with revolutionary improvements over its predecessor - the Qualcomm® Snapdragon ™ 888 processor, 108MP triple rear camera, film sound, and 50W wireless charging.

Xiaomi Mi 11 - software

MIUI 12.5 is a temporary update based on MIUI 12 with a strong focus on system optimization. After a complete overhaul of the UI system, its CPU usage was reduced by up to 22% while power consumption was reduced by up to 15%, ensuring flawless performance and graphics.

This is most visible in the movements of the screen, which will now be more pleasant than ever. In previous systems, gestures and other tasks were performed on a single thread, resulting in a series of tasks competing for CPU usage. Of course, according to this scenario, overloading tasks can cause delays. However, in MIUI 12.5, gestures have been given a dedicated thread, taking care that other tasks do not interfere with them and guaranteeing an immediate response.
