Android 6 Marshmallow: which phones will get the upgrade?

Android 6.0 Marshmallow is the latest version of this most popular mobile operating system and brings us a lot of improvements over the previous version 5 Lollipop.

However, it is not yet known with certainty which models will receive the upgrade, but some manufacturers have confirmed some of their models.
