Google I/O 2018 - the most interesting news in 14 minutes

Google presented a ton of interesting and useful news at the I / O conference this year as well. If you've watched the whole video (or live), you already know that Google has invested a lot in AI. This is to be expected, but, interestingly, they integrated the AI into the daily activities of the users. So the user can now use AI quite normally as if interacting with a real person.

I will briefly describe a few interesting things that Google presented here. At the end is a 14-minute video in which you can hear and see how it all works.

This application will get AI that will be able to color black and white images, as well as highlight something in the image. 3. Google Now will have a real conversation for you!

3. Google Now will have a real conversation for you!

You can order an assistant to schedule a haircut for you on Saturday between 10 and 13 o'clock. The assistant will call your salon and talk to the staff like a real person. If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I wouldn't have believed how much Google has perfected it and how fluent and accurate the conversation is.

4. Continuous conversation with Google Now

Speaking of the assistant, the new update will bring a continuous conversation. You will no longer have to say "Ok, Google" every time you want to issue a command. It will be enough to start the assistant once, and later you can just continue talking. Of course, the assistant will distinguish your voice from the surrounding noise, so it will not be activated by accident.

To click on the post or not?

Recently, Facebook has been flooded with " click bait " posts, and sometimes you don't know if there is something really useful behind that post or if it's just collecting clicks. There is a plugin that can partially reveal this to you. Nothing special, it's a Chrome extension called " Photo Zoom ". What does he actually do? Enlarges the image you hover over by loading the source address of the image . How can it help? Clickbait posts often "trick" users into clicking with an image (in addition to terrible headlines). They place those pictures so that only a part of them is visible on the Facebook wall and just enough to interest your potential. If you want to see the whole thing, you have to click on the link, which is their goal.

The first Lion update

As part of a software update released yesterday, Apple released OS X 10.7.1 , the first update for their operating system that carries patches for several security vulnerabilities and bugs that accompanied the initial release.

Deleted photos from Facebook are still available

Facebook is still working on deleting photos from its servers three years after this problem was first pointed out.

How to make a "3 steps" page

Many ask me "How do I put 3 steps on a Facebook page?" So I decided to make a short guide for that. If someone doesn't know what " 3 steps " are: These are the pages where you have to like first, share the page, and finally see the link . Now you can do it too, very easily!

Gmail added a preview of video clips to chat
