You may have read these days that Google is testing a new design for Gmail. If you've seen the pictures and liked the new design, here's how you can enable it now.

  1. Sign in to your Gmail account if you haven't already
  2. Click on the settings in the upper right corner
  3. Click "Try the new Gmail"

Really, that's all you need to do. Wait a few seconds and you will see the welcome screen. You also restore the old look, just select "Go back to classic Gmail".
