Here's what a VPN can't protect you from (but you need to use it)

The abbreviation " VPN " has slowly become established among average Internet users, which is certainly good, but the problem is that people have started to see VPN as the ultimate solution to all problems.

Windscreen navigation with Android devices

Windscreen navigation with Android devices

Surely in some movies, you have seen navigation, speed, mileage and other information drawn directly on the windshield and thought it was cool but also useful. Well, from now on you can have it in your car for free! All you need is an Android device and one application.

Navier HUD is the name of an application that offers a wide range of HUD (Heads Up Display) options and settings that will be displayed on your car's windshield.

Navier HUD

You don't need any accessories, no additional hardware, just your Android phone or, better yet, a tablet. Install the application and place the device on the control panel so that the screen is reflected on the windshield. So you don't even need a phone holder!

If you are wondering why, if you can simply place the phone on the holder and follow the navigation directly, the answer is: because it makes it easier to follow the road (you don't have to look away from the road to look at the phone).

I found a couple of these good ones, but Navier HUD is the best because it offers the freest options. They also have a Premium version that costs $ 4. However, the only thing missing from the premium application is 4 modules, of which only one, in my opinion, is useful - a 3D map.

And yes, did I mention that you can make your HUD as you wish? You can arrange the modules on the screen as you wish, and you have a lot of available for free, e.g. acceleration, digital and analog speedometer, compass, speed history, top speed, digital clock, start distance, average speed, route of the map you are walking on … and a few more.

SIM card sizes (Mini, Micro, Nano) - explanation

Many users still complain about the size of SIM (subscriber identification module) cards. Which one goes on the phone? Can it be shortened? Can a smaller one into a larger slot? Although we are slowly switching to eSIM (more on this in this article ), we still use classic SIM cards. Newer phones usually require a Nano sizes, but operators issue SIM cards in all sizes. More precisely, now SIM cards are made so that the user can choose the size immediately, and later change it if necessary. More on that at the end of the article.

What should you check before buying a used phone?

If you buy a used phone from an unknown person, or even from a known person, you must always check the phone for any damage - visible or hidden. But what all needs to be checked? How? That is exactly what I am writing in this article!

How to Decode a Mobile Phone

How to Decode a Mobile Phone? For many owners of new mobile phones that come with a subscription package from one of the mobile operators, this is an important issue. Many get the phone at a symbolic price of 1 dinar and do not intend to use it in the network in which they signed the contract . The problem is that such phones are always locked to the network they are from, and cannot be used in another network.
