Here's what a VPN can't protect you from (but you need to use it)

The abbreviation " VPN " has slowly become established among average Internet users, which is certainly good, but the problem is that people have started to see VPN as the ultimate solution to all problems.

Galaxy S7 Edge

This is the latest phone from Samsung, it appeared on the market last month and in a very short time, it recorded a big growth in sales. It really has a lot of features, strong hardware, and a great screen…

The Galaxy S7 Edge has a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED screen that is, of course, curved on the right and left. It also features the ForceTouch pressure sensor and the AlwaysOn option and is protected by fourth-generation Gorilla Glass. Above the screen are a speakerphone, light and proximity sensors, and a 5 Mpx front camera that can take HDR images.

The housing has protection against dust and water. It can work without problems in water at a maximum depth of 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes.

The back of the phone has a nice reflection and is quite smooth and is also protected by Gorilla Glass. At the top are an LED flash and a 12 Mpx camera. The camera can record 4K videos, makes HD slow-motion shots at 120 FPS, has a wide aperture which means the image depth is very pronounced, optical image stabilization (OIS) which will make sure there are no blurry images caused by handshake, then detects faces and smiles, fast autofocus, HDR mode, shooting and shooting with two cameras at the same time.

As for the rest of the hardware, it is powered by an Exynos Octa-core processor: one quad-core clocked at 2.6 and the other quad-core clocked at 1.6 GHz. It has as much as 4GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal memory that can be expanded with a microSD card up to 200GB, and all this is powered by a 3600 mAh battery that is not replaceable without the assistance of service.

For the first time, Samsung has introduced a kind of water cooling in smart devices. The goal is to prevent the concentration of heat in one place, ie above the central and graphics processors, by distributing it with the help of a copper pipe. There is a special liquid in the copper tube that turns into steam due to the high temperature which is further transferred to the other end where the heat is released and the steam is converted back into the liquid that returns to the processor, and so on in a circle.

And from additional sensors and options, this phone has a digital compass, accelerometer, gyroscope, barometer, temperature meter, fingerprint reader, heart rate monitor, SpO2 sensor, NFC, Bluetooth 4.2 with low energy technology, and GPS with Glonass support. It also has Quick Charge 2.0, which means that the battery will be charged from 0 to 60% in just 30 minutes, and it also can charge wirelessly.

As for the software, it comes with the latest Android 6.0 operating system and all the well-known Samsung applications, such as S Planner, S Voice, Notes, Contacts, Calculator, and others. And we can't leave out the S Health app, which will evaporate all your physical activities and measure important vital functions, because the phone really has a lot of sensors for that purpose.

There are many options for setting up the phone itself, including setting up DPI, which so far has not been possible in any phone without root access.

In the end, I can only say that it is a Galaxy S7 Edge phone of great performance, has strong hardware, a great camera, a phenomenal curved screen, and a multitude of sensors and settings for the phone itself. Thanks to all that, it is ideal for everyone because it will start even the most demanding games and perform the most demanding tasks at any time.

New Google mobile internet saving application - Datally

I wrote an article on how to save internet traffic on an Android device and I suggested the Onavo Extend and Opera Max apps because they were the most popular back then. Meanwhile, Opera Max has been discontinued and Onavo has been completely redesigned and is now a VPN application with the option to save internet traffic. Their compression technology is probably now used by Facebook in its application because they bought Onavo - link . Google has decided to seize the opportunity and "push" with a new application called " Datally ".

SOPA and PIPA are slowly losing support, the protest yielded results

Controversial U.S. anti-piracy laws, known by the acronyms SOPA and PIPA lost the support of eight members of Congress after major protests by the Internet community. Support was denied, among others, by Marco Rubio of Florida, a rising star of the Republican Party, and his party colleague Roy Blunt of Missouri - who were among the signatories of the bills.

How to change IMEI number on Android phone?

IMEI is an abbreviation of "international mobile equipment identity" and each mobile phone should have a unique IMEI number. You cannot change this number with the operator, but you can temporarily change it on your device. It allows the operator to accurately identify your device and thus enable/disable network services. Also, you can use the possibility of changing the IMEI number, at least for a short time, if you know exactly what you want, but I leave those ideas to you because this is an educational article.

Twitter is celebrating its sixth birthday

Google AI game recognizes and learns what you draw!

Artificial intelligence (AI) is quite popular nowadays and is being used more and more intensively. Google has, I can say, the most developed so far and is available to end-users (at least one part). We had a chance to see how it is integrated into the new Google Assistant that has replaced Google Now.
