You surf the internet over your phone and come across some larger files you need to download, turn on mobile internet and WiFi and this app will use both networks to increase download speed. Of course, this means that you will be charged for traffic that takes place over the mobile network or downloads megabytes.
This option is not so new, it came with the Galaxy S5 phone, but now anyone who has a ROOT Android device can have it.
However, the application has a few limitations:
- only HTTP traffic is supported (no torrent and FTP)
- Lite version is limited to 50MB per file (you can download the full version for free on XDA)
- requires ROOT (not a limitation, but for some, it may be a problem)
