Here's what a VPN can't protect you from (but you need to use it)

The abbreviation " VPN " has slowly become established among average Internet users, which is certainly good, but the problem is that people have started to see VPN as the ultimate solution to all problems.

Network Spoofer android app

Network Spoofer android app

Network Spoofer is an Android application that has several options for "intercepting traffic" on a WiFi network. So you can choose a device on the WiFi network, take the option of e.g. swap images, select an image from your phone or web address, and the image you selected will appear on the target device instead of all the images on any site you visit.

This is another application for "hacking" devices on WiFi networks, and the first one I wrote about was WiFi Killer - read on. There are also DroidSheep, Shark, Faceniff, etc. I will write about these applications later.

So, you can use Network Spoofer on any WiFi network you have previously connected to. You can select devices from the list that loads after selecting the tool you want to use. You can choose all the devices, but keep in mind that your phone will break and the battery will discharge faster.

I used Note 10.1 for the tests because it has a stronger battery, a stronger processor, and more RAM than my Galaxy S2 phone which has now served as a sacrifice.

From the options in the application you have:

Adblock - blocks ads on sites

All sites -> kittenwar.com - redirects the victim to that site if he tries to enter any

All sites -> other sites - redirects the victim to a site you specify

Blur images - blur all images on sites that the victim visits

Custom Google search - changes the text in Google search

Custom image change (from phone / from the web) - replaces all images from sites in the one you choose

Flip images - rotates images on sites that the victim visits

Rickroll - replaces every Youtube clip with this one

Text change - changes the text on web pages

Trollface - changes all images from sites to a familiar Troll image

Multiple spoofs - you can select multiple tools and use them at the same time (slows down the device)

Using the app is really easy. The first time you start, you will need to download some 500MB of additional files, just select "Setup". Later at startup, select Start, the tool you want, the victim from the list (or all devices) and that's it.

And for the app to work at all, you need to have a ROOT device!

How to copy text from an image (in 2 clicks, free)

Copying text online is certainly an action we do many times during the day, but the problem is that the text from the image cannot be copied - we have to retype it. However, today there are intelligent OCR tools for image text recognition.

To click on the post or not?

Recently, Facebook has been flooded with " click bait " posts, and sometimes you don't know if there is something really useful behind that post or if it's just collecting clicks. There is a plugin that can partially reveal this to you. Nothing special, it's a Chrome extension called " Photo Zoom ". What does he actually do? Enlarges the image you hover over by loading the source address of the image . How can it help? Clickbait posts often "trick" users into clicking with an image (in addition to terrible headlines). They place those pictures so that only a part of them is visible on the Facebook wall and just enough to interest your potential. If you want to see the whole thing, you have to click on the link, which is their goal.
